At Iconic Hollywood Museums, SeePoint Touch Screen Kiosks Help Determine Who Receives Ultimate Celebrity Status
Hollywood, CA - Friday, September 1, 2017 -
The world famous Hollywood Wax Museum and Hollywood Guinness World Records Museum are using touch screen kiosks to gather instantaneous feedback and suggestions from guests, including which celebrity should be the next immortalized in wax.
The kiosks collect thousands of surveys every year at the two museums. The museums appreciate the positive and constructive feedback from guests and look to the information to plan future exhibits, make improvements and give guests the best possible experience.
With survey software, content and services by That Survey Company LLC, the kiosks collect guest feedback right at the end of the museum visit -- at the time that impressions are the freshest and when visitors are most likely to respond to a survey. The kiosks generate real time data that can be accessed and analyzed immediately, allowing the museums to quickly respond to visitors feedback.
Museum visitors provide survey responses on SeePoint’s VantagePoint Print freestanding kiosks with Dual Display. The VantagePoint kiosks with Dual Display, which couple a sleek podium stand and fully integrated computer with two high definition monitors, offered the big visibility in a small footprint that the museums were looking for in a survey kiosk solution.
"The dual monitors on our new SeePoint kiosks have been really great to attract guests to our satisfaction survey", said Aileen Stein, the museums Director of Coporate Communications
Unlike surveys taken on paper or handheld tablets, the museums easy to use kiosks are completely self service and do not require an attendant or employee to interact with the visitor. Coupled with the kiosks real time data analysis, these survey systems collect and process incredibly valuable feedback on an ongoing basis for a very low cost per survey.
The kiosks 24 inch overhead digital signage attracts visitors to the survey kiosks and incentivizes them with the opportunity to win a drawing by providing feedback at the kiosk. Guests respond to the survey and give feedback using a 19 inch touchscreen LCD monitor mounted below the overhead signage on the kiosk. The kiosks also feature a printer that can be used for coupons or any other messaging. The eye catching, exciting dual display format provides multiples ways to extend and enhance the message using HD video, advertising and promotions as well as touch screen technology that facilitates user-driven interactivity.
Working with SeePoint gave us the ability to provide an onsite, interactive survey solution to the Hollywood Wax Museum and Guinness Book of World Records Museum, said Donna Gross of That Survey Company. At That Survey Company, we provide survey expertise so our customers can focus on their core business. SeePoint provided that same kiosk expertise for us. We coordinated with the SeePoint support team for a seamless transition of survey software installation and testing before SeePoint staff installed the kiosks at the museums. We got great end to end support from SeePoint. The process was very smooth, said Gross.
