The TicketPoint interactive kiosk allows customers to purchase and print new or previously purchased tickets almost instantaneously. This system provides unmatched speed and convenience by allowing customers to bypass long box office or will call lines and also reduces staffing costs at the venue. To activate the system, just touch the screen and follow the prompts. A customer simply swipes a credit card, which is securely integrated into the TicketPoint system, to buy tickets or recall preexisting order information. The TicketPoint then prints and dispenses fanfold tickets.

All components are fully and securely integrated into the system, and there are no exposed cables, wires or ports on the system to prevent tampering. Additionally, a "low" ticket sensor is installed that indicates when stored tickets need replenishing. Users can anticipate a ticket outage before it actually happens.
