Kiosk quality is extremely important to SeePoint. To ensure every system leaving our facility is up to SeePoint’s stringent standards, we execute a comprehensive Quality Inspection Service that includes both a 24 hour stress test and burn-in testing. Our production team can also pre-install client software and perform specialized testing and configuration procedures tailored to your company’s needs.

Our robust Enterprise Resource Management system (ERM) enables us to monitor all aspects of each kiosk project from start to finish. This single point system monitors and tracks all moving parts of a particular project and produces a production and delivery calendar to ensure that our internal team and vendors know and are held accountable for meeting project deadlines. SeePoint conducts site surveys to facilitate a smooth and orderly installation of your kiosks – wherever you are located. By ensuring that your kiosks are well suited to the installation locations and that all physical, safety, technical, electrical and other requirements are addressed prior to the time of final install, SeePoint can help make your kiosk implementation a success. Site surveys can include space, lighting and power assessments. We also test for wireless signal strength as well as assess mounting areas and safety considerations.

When You're Up & Running

Post-Implementation

Remote Management

Working directly from the cloud, SeePoint provides content and security updates for your kiosk and digital signage networks. Upon receiving ready to display revised content from authorized parties, SeePoint will update the kiosks and verify complete and accurate updating of the network. The updates include: application content, commercials, screen savers, press releases, security features and other system upgrades.

Health and security are taken seriously with every interactive solution that SeePoint installs. With SeePoint’s Remote Management Service, your connected kiosks will notify our servers on a scheduled basis that they are working and healthy. If that heartbeat is not received our technicians will issue a trouble ticket, initiating the discovery and repair process. Within a 24 hour turnaround period our team of technicians will contact the location and execute the diagnostics steps necessary to reinstate the heartbeat. If necessary, we will dispatch the needed support and bring the system back online.

SeePoint offers its remote administration service program to alleviate the need for any technical complications with your deployment.

Service Programs

The SeePoint Help Desk is the first point of contact for all customer issues. The Help Desk provides technical support services online, via email and telephone from 7am to 5pm (PST). Our extensive knowledge base and experience allows us to quickly diagnose many issues that may arise and determine the quickest route to resolution, minimizing potential downtime for SeePoint kiosks, digital signage and other computer systems. Additional and expanded support options are also available as well as Remote Management monitoring.

While most issues can be resolved by phone with our expert technicians, if your kiosk does need repairs, depending upon the model type, an RMA will be issued to return the unit to our factory or we will send the parts and a technician to your site and perform the necessary changes.

With our 3,500 certified technicians nationwide, our same-day support and kiosk diagnostic programs are some of the best in the industry. We have a proven track record of supporting critical nationwide deployments.

SeePoint will also repair out of warranty systems and will coordinate with end user locations or any third party suppliers to make sure each warranty request is handled professionally and quickly.
