Upon receiving ready to display revised content from authorized parties, SeePoint will update the kiosks and verify complete and accurate updating of the network. While most issues can be resolved by phone with our expert technicians, if your kiosk does need repairs, depending upon the model type, an RMA will be issued to return the unit to our factory or we will send the parts and a technician to your site and perform the necessary changes.
